Overall, I had a very good stay here. It is in a great location: an easy 10-minute walk to the major sites in Centro and less than five-minute walk to Porta Nuova Station (and metro). The staff were friendly and helpful. The room, which was clean and neat, included a large bathroom. My only complaint about the bathroom was that the wall-mounted hair dryer had a relatively short cord. I slept fine, but the mattress and pillows were a little too firm for my preference. There was a good variety of food available for breakfast.

This hotel hold the best position in the centre of town close the the train station and the main shopping street. I have stayed here before, and also at many hotels in Turin over the years. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The room had good facilities and did have a fridge and kettle. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is well located about 5 minutes from the train station in the centre of Turin. I was upgraded on arrival to a room with an lounge/reception area as well as a bedroom and separate bathroom. The bed was a good size and was comfortable. The room had plenty of storage space for clothes and a fridge and TV. However, there was no iron in the room and i was advised that the hotel only had one and it was not available at any time during my stay. There is a free wifi but the speed is slow. The room itself was clean and tidy, however, some of the carpeting in the communal stairwells was stained. The hotel has two small lifts which can accommodate one person and their luggage. Breakfast is served in the basement and there is a good range of gluten-free food. If you arrive early to the hotel as I did (check-in is from 3pm) there is a left luggage area that can be used. The staff in the hotel were friendly. Overall, a pretty good hotel - would be a great one if the wifi was faster and there was more than one iron.

Great choice for those who like amenities as it has everything just a few meters away (train station, supermarket, gym, restaurants and Via Roma, important center shopping for big brands).
