“Mini Easter city break”
Very friendly staff, we stayed for 1 night in Turin over Easter and they went out of their way to help us have a pleasant stay- I would absolutely recommend especially if you are on a budget and want a base near the city centre

“Small but good”
We changed locations on our travel on a whom, so we ended up in Turin. When I asked the recepcionista what there was to seee she turnes her eyes on me and very disaprovingly she said; you came to Torino with out doing any reserch on it????? Herr have a map. "

“Good accommodation with great breakfast”
We were at the B&B Presidente hotel on the occasion of an event for couples. The hotel is a little far from the city center, but is well served by public transport. The room is very comfortable, the service is courteous and it offers an excellent breakfast.

“Group visit”

I stayed in this hotel twice in January-February 2025. During my first visit I was part of a group and stayed for four nights. Pros: Good breakfast, friendly staff, location is within walking distance to the city centre, there is a busstop nearby Cons: Could be noisy if your room is overlooking the busy street My 2nd visit: I had to go back from the airport, to leave the group going back and to rebook my flight for the next day. Unfortunately, I had to pay a very high fee to the airlines. The reason for this is the following: When we arrived short after midnight, the receptionist collected our ID-cards and mentioned we will recieve the documents next morning. It is not allowed to collect ID's, but we were a group and it was midnight. When leaving the hotel, I didn't remember to ask for my ID-card. The receptionist didn't remind me either, neither any other receptionist reminded us during the four days we stayed there. So I ended up at Torino airport without a document and had to go back to the hotel. I paid another night at the hotel The receptionist had to search for my ID-card, it was somewhere between papers. My recommendation for the receptionists of this hotel: Please, don't collect the documents of your guests, it is against the law.
