“Great base for a trip to Turin”
Art inside the room gave the room character, and was a lovely base for our trip to Turin. The location was a little out of the city centre, in a quiet residential area, but a short 15 min walk into the historical city centre. The staff were all very helpful, speaking great English. “Former Glories & Grandure”
I have a soft spot for this hotel despite its shortcomings - dated bathroom with unreliable hot water and forever flowing cistern in the toilet ( hate to think how much is wasted) and rock hard mattresses - the foyer bar & reception rooms are very well presented there is an obsession for uncomfor… more

“experience doesn’t suit the beauty of the building”
Comfortable bed, welcoming reception, good position for accessing Turin. It’s was 32-34 degrees when we stayed air con was fine. But no in room refreshments - water, tea or coffee and whilst there is a fridge it’s not plugged in. The bar was closed the whole time which seemed such a waste of a love… more
