“Visited Parma for the CIVITAS forum”
Amazing personnel and services. Especially mr. Andrea in the reception was amazing! Ideal hotel for both business and family vacations! All my requests were met and my staying here was so pleasant! Thank you!

“Comfortable and convenient”
It was a great location for sightseeing in city center Parma. Easily walk to any of the sites and shopping. We don't go for high end hotels because we don't spend much time in the room. The only thing that was missing was a hot pot to make tea in the morning. The breakfast didn't start till 7:00… more

“Good Location. Everything Else a Disappointment”
Plus: location. Easy 8 minute walk into the historic center. The room was quiet and clean.Breakfast had a wide range of items. “Comfortable hotel with declining standards”
Standards are lower than a couple of years ago (while prices spiked up), so overall not an outstanding experience this time. A general lack of attention to details (no glasses in the room, too much dust) and very average breakfast. Staff were however very helpful and kind.
