“Rome by the sea”
Lovely sea front hotel very clean and friendly helpful staff basic rooms but excellent for a base to explore and commute into Rome. Would definitely stay here again breakfast was ample with cereal hot pastries toast and jam fruit juice and coffee or fruit and yogurt

“Fantastic”
Great hotel, few min from the sea. Also, Ostia station is 5 min walk, where you can go all over Rome. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Francisco, very polite and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Thank you all and will come back again

We’ve been in this hotel for 5 days. Breakfast was a bit monotheistic- everyday croissant with cream/chocolate/jam, coffee, tee, yogurt and juice. We’ve been in this hotel for 5 days. Breakfast was a bit monotheistic- everyday croissant with cream/chocolate/jam, coffee, tee, yogurt and juice. Nothing special, but I would prefer salty breakfast, really. Rooms were clean, everyday changed towels and cleaned room. The staff at reception desk very friendly, Karolina and not only her. Staff speaks polish, English, Italian and I believe a few more languages. Near to hotel (10-15 mins on foot) there is free beach “Il Curvone” or “Hakuna matata”. Maybe next time I will come back to this place as well if the price/quality will be still on the same level.

“Great Location!!!”
Superb location, very friendly reception staff, nice breakfast, very comfortable beds and the sea view rooms are beautiful!!! Overall a great value for money!!! Perhaps in need of a little renovation tho!!! Very recommended!!!

It is hard to rate this hotel because some things were very good and others not so good. First the good things, the front reception desk staff was superb, friendly and helpful. It is hard to rate this hotel because some things were very good and others not so good. First the good things, the front reception desk staff was superb, friendly and helpful. Special praise to the woman who is there in morning and afternoon. The view was beautiful and we had a balcony ro enjoy the water and had a 5 minute walk to get to the beach. Had housekeeping service every day and they did a top notch job. The not so good things, the breakfast offering was subpar, seemed like commercial pastry, an average fruit salad, toast, and espresso and coffee to your liking. The breakfast area seemed cramped. The room was small like many older European hotels, the bed seemed too hard, and the shower staff was too small, kept accidentally shutting off the water. Overweight people would have a lot of trouble fitting into it. The balcony was nice to see the view, but had cracks in it. Some other items, had nice outdoor sitting area in front and couple tables to have breakfast but the smokers ruined it. Also, had an outdoor garden around back. Photos show a beach with yellow umbrellas. It appeared to be a private beach not available to hotel guests. A few feet further down was an entrance to a beach club open to the public for a charge.
