Very clean and well-kept cabin. Thumbs up to the cleaning team! Fully equipped utensils for cooking and meals. Illy coffee machine and cap are available in the cabin. Tea bags were also included. Clean surrounding, although there is ongoing construction. Activities available at the stage/bistro area. Excellent DJ/organiser that creates a fun filled environment. Sadly, there were too few guests during this time. Negative points: - Check-in time is at 5pm. This is very late, considering the check out time is at 10 am the following day - Reception is not efficient, and information is not standard among different staffs. There were 5 receptionists at the desk and only 3 customers at the time. However, we had to wait a long time.

I would start my review with a clarification, the review is to the new admin the club de sole, we’ve already been a couple of times at previously called “Tenuta Primero” and when it was tenuta primero the place was truly a great space, all what you see in the fotos was true, it was truly a resort with great amenities and an upscale resort with all you needed during holidays (nice restaurants with ambiance, barber, small supermarket, beach bar, pool with service, yacht club/ bar, rental of boats, and more). Today some of the amenities are still there but unfortunately you also notice very low maintenance. In the past the villas were absolutely impecable and now they definitely require a true maintenance and inside of the “club” it definitely got very cramped, what used to be a nice open little forest is now being replaced by new bungalows and I’m not sure the admin truly thought about the availability on space at the resort, which now I would classify as just a club. We enjoyed the time because we rented a bungalow so our dog had enough space and an air-conditioned place during the hot hours. However this is going to be the last time we’ll be there. Very different clientele, very different place unfortunately.
