Stopped here for 5 nights the place does not look great from the outside you are emailed a key code for the door the apartments are on the 1st floor there is a lift. Small kitchen area which is shared your able to leave your bags if you arrive early. The rooms are great very clean large tv with netflixks and good wifi large shower coffee machine in room with biscuits beds very comfy and large great air con which we left on so would lovely and cool when we arrived back at night. Vouchers in room for crossants and coffee at local bakery 2 min away. Very close to all the restaurants and bars so location is spot on right next to taxi rank recommended is mama eats for food only 5 min walk great place enjoy

This is an interesting place to stay right in the heart of Trastevere, a short walk from a range of restaurants and bars. There is no reception, staying here involves self check-in and key codes. They provide coffee/tea making facilities in the room, together with complementary snacks. They also offered free croissants in the morning, in the common area. My bedroom and bathroom were very spacious, clean and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable.

the location is great, close to all you need but Suite 19 in Trastevere provides some calm , great to come back to in the evening, refresh in the lovely bedrooms and head out again to the local culinary delights, it is perfect . Staff could not have been more helpful The no 8 tram adjacent as is a taxi rank . Rooms spotless, do consdider the breakfast as as for 5 euros it set us up for the day and we could the head out. They sorted early taxis as well. Showers a fabulous , , air con great, wifi excellent . One of our rooms was a little dark as wood was revealed but that is only comment , Would go back in a heart beat . Local shops, great supermarket,pharmacy and lovely restaurants and the rooms have a safe .

We stayed here a family of three whilst in Rome for Rugby Double bed and portable single for our 14 yr old Struggled with communication before we travelled had some replies but not all . The company have taken over a floor in an apartment block in the busy area of Trastevere. There are 5 rooms . We were in room 101 which overlooked the Square Piazza Mastai . No reception . No contact once checked in You are given code numbers for each of the three doors required . I suppose if you are happy with a room that is cleaned daily , has kettle coffee pods , biscuits , no milk tho , has a mini bar and small bottle of Fizz on arrival . The Square is a little noisy at night used by all sorts after hours If you arrive by Taxi after hours . As you look into the Piazza look to the right first block in a large wooden door next to a small shop / post office This is Suitinn 19 enter go upto first floor , Lots of cafes for breakfast and bars and restaurants just walk across the road and explore . There is a taxi rank right outside by the florist in the Square , if no taxi there just wait till 1 pulls up . Costs about 10 euro to the Pantheon The rooms are spacious . Have hairdryer , no iron Kettle Fridge . However our room 101 had some defects in the bathroom which I will show in the photos which let it down and stopped it getting A 5 rating , even though cleaned daily not sure checked for faults? Nice selection of shampoo, soap , conditioner etc easily enough for a weeks stay Tv has Netflix so if required in English Rooms about £100 a night so not cheap but private and well situated , All in all quite good Cost us 50 euro from airport with pre booked taxi Just quote Piazza Mastai as not many knew names of rooms . Apparently you can book a breakfast at the rooms in small reception area however we saw nobody on our stay so cannot comment .
