“Excellent for a mini-break in the Eternal City”

We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, etc. and it did not disappoint. Very friendly and efficient staff. Very pleasant ambience. Local restaurants range from basic tourist to 5* all within walking distance. Our fifth visit to Rome and we'll likely return.

This September was our 3rd stay at Hotel Dei Borgognoni. Our stay was equally as good as our other 2 stays. Quiet room, breakfast provided and attentive staff. Hotel Dei Borgognoni is centrally located, easy walking distance to most Rome sites but located on a quiet street, supermarket next door too. Never, in our 3 stays at this hotel, have we heard any of the foot traffic or vehicle traffic as they have excellent insulated windows, slept soundly each night. Our room this time was larger, actually a family room, but only paid for a Superior Classic room. It was a good sized room with an extra bed and the bathroom was large. Everything was clean and well appointed. Highly recommend this hotel.

My mum and I stayed here just last week and we've got nothing but wonderful things to say about this hotel and the staff. A clean and welcoming hotel with friendly and attentive staff. We had an assumption the room would be small due to staying in Central Rome however we both felt the room was quite spacious. The lobby area, seating area, terrace and restaurant area were well designed, fashionable and homely. Each member of staff (from the reception staff, to the cleaners, to the waiters) spoke kindly to us every day. We had the bed and breakfast option and as a coeliac I was anxious prior to the stay however was quickly settled when seeing the separate gluten free area of available foods. There were also other available options such as yogurt, fruit, bacon and eggs. I plan to travel back to Rome and plan to stay at this hotel again. I've already been recommending the hotel to friends and family.

“Good Hotel in a great location”

The Hotel was clean and in a great area close to all sights, our Room was lovely hot water, great air con, quiet and the bed was large and comfortable. The Hotel was clean and in a great area close to all sights, our Room was lovely hot water, great air con, quiet and the bed was large and comfortable. It was our Anniversary and they left us a bottle of sparkling wine in the room which was lovely, Luca is lovely very obliging, we also found the barman very friendly and great at his job. Breakfast was lovely if you just wanted cold alternatives, we are English and like our cooked breakfast when on holiday, unfortunately the cooked alternative was cold every morning especially the baked beans and bacon, even though the plates were heated, the Hotel needs to address this. If in Rome we would consider staying here due to the area.
