This is the third Una hotel we have stayed in Italy. It was also the best. Only a short walk from the main railway station. Our room was particularly lovely, except it still has the same problems as at other UNA hotels with regards to availability of toiletries/accessories etc only being available on request. Also the awful disposable paper cups that are supplied in the room. It has got to be cheaper and more environmentally friendly to supply proper coffee mugs! Yes, it’s true the area around the station is not the nicest. There are some very questionable individuals hanging around , particularly at night, but to be fair we never felt threatened and this is Naples after all! Pro Location near station Room is lovely Sound proofing from road Large bed Bath Balcony overlooking Garibaldi Square Helpful staff Good breakfast Cons Disposable Paper cups! Kettle, tea coffee but no milk Toiletries and accessories eg bathrobes, conditioner etc have to be requested from reception. The staff were also helpful. Airport a 15 minute taxi ride away. 15 minute walk to the old city area. Will use again if in Naples.

“Good 4 star hotel, based on the area.”

Probably one of the best hotel if you’re planning to stay very close walkable distance to try Naples Train Station. Pretty decent room a little small but 2 people can adjust. Probably one of the best hotel if you’re planning to stay very close walkable distance to try Naples Train Station. Pretty decent room a little small but 2 people can adjust. Amazing bathroom pretty aesthetic. However one big draw down is the I don’t think I would feel safe walking around the street after 10 pm. It’s nothing to do with the hotel but it’s the area doesn’t feel as safe as such walking in Milan or Rome central. But if you’re in a city for 1 or 2 nights. I would definitely recommend, also a supermarket right across was very convenient.

“Don’t believe the website photos…”

The hotel is advertised as a four star hotel but falls short. Our room was tired. Worn carpet and dinged up wood wasn’t what we expected. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The location is convenient and central to most destinations but the street noise can be overwhelming at times.

Reception staff friendly and welcoming, however the reception desk didn’t install confidence that I was going to have a pleasant stay. The reception desk was held together by strips of cellotape. Reception staff friendly and welcoming, however the reception desk didn’t install confidence that I was going to have a pleasant stay. The reception desk was held together by strips of cellotape. One of the two elevators in the hotel was out of order for my entire two day stay. The room was clean and comfortable the only real issue was constant road noise and police sirens going off on a very regular basis. I went to the rooftop restaurant to check out the menu, quite a limited offering to be found. I decided not to dine as the menu seemed quite pretentious for my tastes. However I did have breakfast once and there was a good selection for the continental breakfast. The main issue for me was that the neighbourhood didn’t seem safe , the surrounding area was awash with undesirable characters. The neighborhood also seemed neglected and was filthy.
