The room was a pleasant surprise, cleaner than we expected, clean and spacious. The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, quite basic. If more effort had been put into it, I would have given a better review. The room charge hold on the card didn’t release, even though it was supposed to be released upon payment. However, the hotel resolved this when I contacted them. Good location, friendly staff. If you order a taxi (hotel does this and this way you know the price in advance), make sure to check if you need to go outside to wait or if the driver will come to the lobby. Our driver was supposed to come to the lobby but waited a bit further away. He was clearly annoyed by the wait but cheered up with a small tip at the airport.

Convenient location to the train station Close to airport Beautiful lobby and reception area Restaurant on premises Room was spacious and serene Very clean and fresh Super comfortable bedding and pillows Modern bathroom Shower & tub as well Good storage Quiet space in the middle of a very busy and bustling area Good and ample breakfast available There’s a dinner menu as well which we did not do Had a light bite one night in their restaurant Service took exceptionally long to just get a bowl of soup The prices are high in there as well Many other nearby options Overall decent experience We were there in 2019 as well

“Great spot if you need to catch the train, otherwise the area is questionable.”

Comfortable hotel, the rooms are large and location is great if you’re travelling around. Train station is literally a walk across the road which is great if you’re planning on moving around. “Lovely hotel!”

We have recently just spent 2 nights at the star hotels terminus Napol following a week long in Ischiai.  This is a really lovely hotel with a high standard of rooms and facilities and deserves its 4* rating.  We had booked a deluxe twin and on arrival were  allocated to a room which was made up as a double. This was quickly and efficiently corrected by the front desk in contact with our bell hop who took us to another room. The only disappointment was that the new room overlooked the back of the building so our view was an alley and some train tracks. The room had a cold fridge and lots of hangers in the wardrobe. The bathroom was well stocked and the towels were of good quality. The only thing missing was hair conditioner. More and more hotels are now offering this with their bathroom toiletries so it would be a good addition to this hotel.  The room had a decent size TV with lots of channels but very few of them in English. It did allow us though to catch the second half of the Napoli game on Saturday night (Forza Napoli!). We found an English speaking news channel and there was the option to change the audio language to English on a few channels but there wasn't really anything on we wanted to watch.  The Napoli area is experiencing a heatwave right now so temperatures of around 97-99F° with very high levels of humidity. This made it difficult to really do anything or go anywhere during the day so we mainly stayed around the area of the hotel excepting a planned trip and dinner on Saturday night. Thank God for the air conditioned rooms!  There is a small Ukrainian supermarket behind the hotel and a Conad a 5 min walk away at the station (just past flying tiger and then past the big bookshop) We picked up a few supplies such as crisps etc for our room. The bar in the hotel is expensive - €8 for a flute of prosecco. We treated ourselves to one and took it up to the rooftop viewing area which has a stunning panoramic view of Napoli. You can only access the terrace from one particular elevator. You find this by walking straight towards the reception desk then passing with the desk on your left hand side and once through the archway take the lift directly behind you to the right. It is worth a visit. I wish we had gone in the day time!  A good hotel in an excellent location for visiting Napoli.  Top tip: ask the hotel reception for a pair of complimentary slippers!
