The hotel staff was sooo nice when I checked it even though I got in later than expected. There was a bellman who was here to help with my bags and show me to my room, which I think was waiting for me to come since I saw him leaving right after he helped me. Felt so special. As a Diamond member with @hilton Honors, I was given a complementary upgrade to this King Junior Suite. When I walked I the room, I had not 1 but 2 notes in my room welcoming me as a Diamond member and for my birthday. I was also given a complimentary basket of fruit and a little trinket as well. The tub is deep enough to soak in, and it has a rain shower, which is my favorite, and the water pressure it top tier! Showers with not great water pressure are the worst, lol Having 2 levels is always so dope, which gives you lots of options for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploring. The restaurant in the hotel is fantastic for all meals. I had all 3 meals during my stay and was not disappointed at all. The hotel does not have the biggest gym, but when you know your way around a gym, you don't need much. So what they had was enough for me to still get it in. They have this Wellness Lounge area, which is a unique feature that I have not seen in a lot of hotels. It is a spa type space that can be booked just for yourself depending on which package you choose. The customer service, room, and hospitality, I would recommend this property to you. It's also walking distance from so many shops, restaurants and the central train station.

This is an excellent property. For context, I live in NYC with a young family, travel internationally multiple times per year, and am a Hilton Diamond member. Before my stay, I had read several reviews of this property and while mostly positive, there were some that made me hesitate about my decision. I had read how the rooms were tired and dated, or that the air conditioning did not work. I had read how the surrounding neighborhood was run down & dangerous, or that the staff was less than ideal. To be completely clear - I had a wonderful stay and all of my fears from TripAdvisor and Google reviews were unfounded. I had originally considered this property because they were recently included as part of the Hilton portfolio. Considering the limited options across the major hotel chains in the Naples area, the Palazzo offered the best value when considering quality of stay + affordability. My family and I stayed here for 3 days/3 nights. We were booked in a King Duplex room with a sofa bed that was more than enough space for us. The bathroom was very spacious with 2 sinks and we loved the shower with the rain shower head with massive water pressure. The room was clean, spacious, and we loved the large windows with plenty of natural light. Our room faced the front street that the hotel entrance faced. We had read reviews of street noise but honestly could not hear anything and were not disturbed. The air conditioning worked just fine in the time we were there. Breakfast was plentiful and there was a wide selection of meats, pastries, and various other items. As for Naples and the surrounding area, we initially had concerns around safety, but again - this was unfounded. The city of Naples may look a bit tired and a little worse for wear, but we were not put off by the graffiti on the walls and people on the streets. We felt perfectly safe walking around, even at night with kids. The people we encountered across restaurants, shops, cafes and more were all friendly and welcoming. The hotel’s location is in the historic district and is a short 5-15 minute walk from several attractions, such as the Duomo do Napoli, the Archaeological Museum, Christmas Alley, and several others. One note about the Archaeological Museum - it contains an amazing collection but if you’re visiting in the middle of summer (we visited in the middle of August), there is no air conditioning in the museum, so it can be very, very hot. For me, the true test of a hotel is if I would consider staying there again. With the Palazzo Caracciolo, I would absolutely recommend it to friends and would 100% stay here again if I return to Naples, which I hope to do in the near future!

My family of two adults and one child who celebrated her 13th birthday the day we arrived in Naples stayed here for three nights at the beginning of October. The hotel is a beautiful space, in the middle of a very lively neighborhood. As to the location, we enjoyed exploring the vivacious and gritty streets surrounding the area, and had no issues with safety. Upon check-in the two ladies at the reception were incredibly helpful. We mentioned it was my daughter's birthday, and when we went up to the room a while later after exploring the neighborhood, they had left a plate of cookies for her with a card. They also helped recommend a place where she could get a steak since we had had enough pizza and pasta the previous few days. (Zio Jack - excellent steak!). I was a bit confused about the room types and had initially booked a "Queen Duplex Junior Suite." The morning we were to check in, I saw on their website that they had a "Queen Family Room" available at the same rate I had booked the other, and as my daughter prefers a bed to a sofa bed, I messaged the hotel through the Hilton app and they switched our room. It turned out to be two separate rooms, each with its own bathroom, which was perfect for us. The rooms were small, but everyone slept well. The biggest issue with our room was that the shower drain and the sink drain were clogged the entire time. We repeatedly asked to have it serviced, but it was never fixed. We were on the third floor, and it appeared we were on the side that had not yet been renovated. The breakfast was great - many options, including juices, eggs, yogurts, fresh greens and buffalo mozzarella, and even prosecco one of the mornings. The breakfast staff were not friendly or helpful at all. The first morning we couldn't even figure out how to get a coffee. We paid for the breakfast, and sadly, on the last morning had to depart for the airport at 6:45. Breakfast starts at 7, and they would not even give my daughter a muffin. All in all this was a pleasant stay however, we will check out a different neighborhood or property the next time we go to Naples.
