I stayed here again for 5 nights whilst in Rome. It's not the most beautiful area or flashy guesthouse but the room is exactly what you need. Air Con, a bed, shower/toilet and very clean. Since you spend most the time sight seeing I would rather spend the money on activities. Termini station is just around the corner. Ricarrdo was always such a pleasure to deal with, whether in person or WhatsApp. He knows what customer service is all about... more so than some 5* hotels offer. Thanks for having me!

“Small, cute, friendly, comfortable in Chiaia neighborhood.”

We were looking for a place in Naples in the Chiaia neighborhood and Mergellina was the perfect property. Two short blocks form the ocean, walking distance from shopping and attractions, this is a comfortable hotel, with super friendly staff and very important, subsidized next door parking. We paid $15 daily for leaving the car with no worries and that was totally worth it. Small but cute rooms, good bed, nice bathroom, included breakfast with good Italian coffee, small fridge in the room and safe available. Short walk to many options to eat and shop.Great value.

I stayed here for two nights after it turned out my booked apartment was undergoing renovations unbeknown to me. The women on the desk was extremely helpful and although there was only room available for the first two nights of my three night stay, she arranged a B&B just down the same street for the third night. Her name was Amelia and she plus the other staff members were great. They also looked after our luggage after check-out until the B&B came available. I was very pleased with the room, number 28 on the first floor. It was spacious and clean with views of the busy street below. There was no noise in night that made it difficult to sleep. Just don't sleep with the windows open all night like I did! I was eaten alive. The wifi was strong and they serve a basic breakfast with hot drinks and a warm pastry with a choice of chocolate or cream. There's the usual cereal, meat, cheese, bread and fruit etc also. The location is good should you wish to be away from the busy centre. There are still plenty of shops and bars just minutes away. The Mergellina station is about 10 minutes walk away which will get you to the centre in a few stops. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the coast where you will find restaurants and bars. Recommended.

“Fantastic location near the coast of Naples!”

The view through the room was not good, into the main street! The staff were friendly! The room was pleasant and organized. Shower room was clean! None of deadly mosquitoes during the night. Breakfast was poor, very small only with a coffee and few croissants.
