Hotel des Artistes Naples is located in the heart of the old Neapolis near to the Duomo of San Gennaro (the picture on the left), where every year takes place the famous "blood's miracle" and near to the grecian decuman of the historical center, National Archaeological Museum is reachable by walking in few minutes, and the embark to the islands of Capri, Ischia and to Sorrento is only at ten minutes by means of transportation. Furthermore the Piazza Cavour's underground station is very near to the hotel and from there is easy to reach the most important places of Naples. “Central, fabulous location spacious room with outstandingly helpful staff!”
This was our wedding anniversary trip to Naples. I contacted the hotel in advance and the staff were fabulous. This was our wedding anniversary trip to Naples. I contacted the hotel in advance and the staff were fabulous. Not only did they allocate us their best room but each one of them was so friendly and helpful with tips, tours, advice and anything we asked. They are there 24 hours a day with a smile. Very professional and knowledgeable too. If you need a taxi have them book as its cheaper than some prices the drivers charge tourists. The room was spacious and as per the booking pics. A fully stocked mini bar and lots of complimentary toiletries which are replenished whenever you wish. A great shower with good water pressure. Our balcony overlooked a busy street which could be a bit noisy but most cities are like this and it was Naples! Breakfast was a little sparse with a small continental selection although you wouldn't go hungry as some cheese, hams and toast were plentiful with pastries, cereals, eggs and yoghurt. Fresh fruit too and coffee made to your liking. Hotel has an old lift but it adds to the character of the building and worked every day of our week! Via duomo is very central for walking to wherever you're going jn the historical centre. Highly recommended. Clean, spacious and fabulous staff. Some rooms looked much smaller as we saw on cleaning days whilst we walked past. Try for room 22 if you can!

“Excellent Hotel - Very Affordable and a Great Location!!”

We stayed at this hotel in August. Exceptional room (we booked the suite)! Beautiful with all the amenities, excellent airco as well as it was very hot during our stay, 30 degrees and some days 32 – 34 degrees. Great location, minutes away from attractions such as Cattedrale San Gennaro and Napoli Sotterranea. Close to all the action and major streets (the hotel is on Via Duomo) such as Via Dei Tribunali. Lots of restos nearby, of course great pizzerias, the pizza in Naples is fantastic!!! The restos were great, very friendly staff, great food and great service. There are also small shops nearby where one can purchase bottled water, soft drinks, wine et cetera. We enjoyed strolling around town and stopping in at Bar Schlemmer to get a take away Aperol Spritz, served in a plastic cup so you can walk around with it, only €2,00! Very nice people at the bar. At the hotel, the staff was fantastic, super friendly and helpful. Our breakfast was brought to our room every morning, we would just have to indicate what we wanted and at what time, great breakfast and fantastic service! There was no surcharge to have breakfast delivered to the room as the breakfast area was closed due to Covid. Housekeeping was also fantastic, we would return after a day out and our room was done up, fresh and immaculate! Love this hotel, highly recommended!

“Its in a Building so do not expect a full size hotel”
Very difficult to find as taxi's not even able to find the hotel ,hotel is average but staff is really good and helplful ,breakfast is good and its on a floor lifts are very small so if you are 4 people with luggage you need to go up down 3 times so be aware of it before as photos are misguiding.
