“Great experience”
Everything was great! Even got a room with a balcony which was not originally included. Also had a late checkout easily. Very hospitable place and nice rooms! Also the location was magnificent. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone!

“Arty, bespoke and Italian quirkiness. ”
If you are staying in Naples, this is where you want to stay if you like boutique and bespoke. Very artsy, the rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully presented. The location is excellent also . A lovely Breakfast can be provided overlooking the Galleria.

“Nice Hotel, Needs Better Communication”
The hotel is in a perfect location. Be prepared to walk up several flights of surprise stairs or to take a tiny elevator up. “Three out of five”
The staff were nice and gave us coins for the lift but the room had a broken toilet seat, we reported it the next morning as arrived late the day before and still broken when we checked out.
