“Beautiful Hotel in Napoli”
The hotel is only 10-15 minute drive from Centrale station. Our room was large, clean and had stunning views of the sea. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant has an amazing view of Mt. Vesuvius. I highly recommend staying here.

“Fabulous stay in Naples”
Fabulous hotel. Great breakfast, comfortable, clean and grand rooms. Balcony view was lovely and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Would definitely stay there again. Rooftop bar stunning too. Perfect and very safe location, with lots of lovely restaurants nearby.

A very decent location to base yourself at on The waterfront and easy to walk into Naples from here which we did daily and always felt super safe. “OK - but not great”
We stayed here for five nights in September. Generally a good hotel, but not great. It is particularly oriented towards pre-cruise or corporate groups (who have no choice about where they stay), conferences and events such as weddings. “Dated, poor communication with staff and not ideal for travelers needing stable WiFi”
I am here now with my family of 4 including 2 children age 2 and 8. Was expecting more from this place. Trouble trying to explain things to staff whose English isn’t up to par as expected for a hotel of this caliber. WiFi speed and connection is weak, at best.
