“Very comfortable and central”
This hotel became one of my favorite hotels because it was very comfortable ( beds and bathroom) and efficiently decorated, nothing fancy but a spacious room with high ceilings and ample place to put our two suitcases. This hotel became one of my favorite hotels because it was very comfortable ( beds and bathroom) and efficiently decorated, nothing fancy but a spacious room with high ceilings and ample place to put our two suitcases. There was a kettle and cups, tea and coffee ( the water in the fridge isn’t free by the way). The bathroom items like shampoo, toilet paper were replenished every day. Breakfast is at the top floor and would be nice in the summer but we stayed in the hotel in December and ate inside. The quality and variety of the food was good. Their coffee was especially good. There is an elevator going to this floor. The supermarket next door is an asset as well. The hotel is close to the old town district and also the shopping street Toledo, and also not too far from the Plebiscito Square and the San Carlo Opera House. The staff is also very good and helpful.

“Nice hotel, staff and good location”
Very central hotel. Walked to castle, harbour, Spanish quarters, piazzas,churches etc. Very comfy room, large bed, soft pillows and bathroom with bath and shower. Room 104. Some street noise can be heard. Breakfast is well stocked, hot drinks are served whilst you help your self to buffet continent… more

Some street noise can be heard. Breakfast is well stocked, hot drinks are served whilst you help your self to buffet continental Italian style but with scrambled eggs and bacon, toaster for bread. Its good...basic but plenty. Hotel is clean. Do not open windows you will be eaten by mosquitoes. Round about outside the hotel it's totally filthy. Never seen so much filth in a city. Like bin men on strike! Roads, pavements Very dirty. Shame..spoils the city reputation. I lived in Italy and travelled to Naples in the past and it was never as bad. Very busy area round hotel but great supermarket just next door for drinks n snacks.. picnics etc.hotel couldn't been more helpful...lovely staff.

“Convenient, clean, comfortable”
We were only in Naples for the one night. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk, slightly uphill, from the port. We appreciated not having to deal with getting a taxi. The staff were helpful, rooms clean & beds comfortable. There’s lime scale on the bath fixtures but, again, everything was clean. Napl… more
We were only in Naples for the one night. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk, slightly uphill, from the port. We appreciated not having to deal with getting a taxi. The staff were helpful, rooms clean & beds comfortable. There’s lime scale on the bath fixtures but, again, everything was clean. Naples is gritty looking compared to Rome, but we had no problems.

Arrived at hotel and warm welcome from reception even though nearly 23.00 Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Hotel was clean as was our room. Nice cold free waters in the fridge. Arrived at hotel and warm welcome from reception even though nearly 23.00 Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Hotel was clean as was our room. Nice cold free waters in the fridge. Was quiet throughout the night and a solid nights sleep was had. Breakfast was on the rooftop. Nice area. Breakfast was ok but would have been better if the staff refreshed the hot breakfast items, unfortunately they did not. Other than that it was a decent breakfast. Only a 12 minute walk to the ferry port but the surrounding area of the hotel is not the best.
