“Excellent location, and a remarkable hostess”
A haven of peace, not too far from the centre of Naples - 2 Funiculare stops within walking distance. A very pleasant room in a very nice apartment, and a wonderful welcome. Very good breakfast, and a lot of useful information about the city.

“Cosy, beautiful and friendly place”
Casa 12 is located in a beautiful part of Naples. Francesca, the owner, was so hospitable and helpful. I felt at home. The room was very clean and beautifuly furnished. Breakfasts were delicious. I do recommend the place and I hope I come back to Francesca's place one day.
