Best place I have ever visited. I would recommend it to anyone thinking about visiting. I would revisit this place easily. Awesome place with kind people! Maria, the front desk person, was very nice and accommodating.

Very happy to have spent our weekend here. The staff Is very welcoming, the Place very nice and breakfast, launch and dinner abundant and good. Aperitif on saturday at 19 Is offered by the hotel.

“RCI stay, mostly good, would stay again (with caveats)”

This was our first stay using RCI, and at this resort RCI bookings are required to purchase half-board meals (breakfast and dinner). We (a couple) stayed for a week in late May. The clientele during our stay seemed to be mostly Italian pensioners so we felt a bit out of place, but it was fine. Most staff, especially at front desk and restaurant, speak fluent English. I'll start with the bad. We stayed in a standard room. These rooms face the train tracks which run DIRECTLY behind the property. Trains run through every 10 to 15 minutes or so. These are high speed trains and are EXTREMELY LOUD. We live in London and so were not too bothered by it, but if you're sensitive to noise you WILL need a room in a different area of the building. The room is quite small/dated by modern standards but it is sufficient. Our bathroom was a disabled wet-room with a quite small shower with folding doors. Water takes a while to warm up. Again very dated by modern standards but sufficient. Bathroom had no ventilation other than the window so it can get a bit steamy in there. Bedroom supposedly has heating/air conditioning unit, but apparently ability to heat/cool is centrally controlled. Cooling was disabled while we were there; front staff claimed they still needed ability to heat at night, which to be fair it could get cool at times. However, during the day the temperature outside got as high as 27C so it was extremely uncomfortable in the room during the day and evening. We had to leave the windows fully open just to keep the room at a bearable level. Thankfully it started to rain towards the end of the week which helped enormously in cooling down the room. If you're sensitive to heat (especially while trying to sleep) I would contact the hotel ahead of time to see what their plans are for air conditioning. Breakfast is substandard. From a British/American context I'm expecting hot stuff like eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc. They had (runny) eggs, bacon, and sausage, but it was very mediocre; better than nothing, I suppose. Most of the locals seemed to stick to the many and varied pastries; perhaps it's just a cultural thing. I felt dinner was expensive for what it was, and when combined with the mediocrity of breakfast you really pay a lot for what you get with the half-board so I feel it was not worth the value (but as RCI members you're forced into it). It also limits your choices for dinner as you pay so much that you feel obligated to make use of it rather than explore other restaurant options. Now for the good: Thermal pools are excellent. Large, heated, as clean as you can expect. Lots of sun loungers and space to catch some sun. Umbrellas for shade. Pool-side bar for drinks, snacks, light food. Did not make use of the spa or any services but I imagine they would be excellent as well. Dinner, while expensive for what it is, is excellent. Dishes, while on the small side, were varied and delicious. Location is very convenient, being directly next to the train station. Unfortunately only one train an hour stops at the station, so make sure to get there on time. Taxis are available at the station if you want to venture out. Very convenient access for days out to Padova and Venice. Local area is quite small and there's not a ton to do, but there are a good number of little cafes and restaurants nearby as well as a few shops to look at. There was some kind of street market going on the weekend we were there. I think you'll probably spend most of your time either at the pool or out on day trips. Overall I would say it was a good stay. It would be better if the half-board was better value for money or had some kind of flexibility, and if the air conditioning had been enabled.
