This hotel has been recommended by friends who live in Modena for long time. At the beginning I was worried about some feedbacks read online but after two days spent there I can confirm our choose. Most liked: receptionists are really friendly and professional, check-in experience has been wonderful and rich of suggestions for our time in Modena; rooms at 3th floor ve been refreshed recently and are comfortable, clean and with amenities always appreciated; breakfast is surprisingly you can really enjoy food and drinks in a well refined space and with friendly personel who can help you with milk and coffee. To be improved: orange juice is not inline with Italian quality, room air conditioning is little noisy during night. Overall nice experience considering the good location close to services and city center. I will strongly recommend this hotel, it worth the money.

It had all the amenities including electric kettle and tea what usually isn't a case for Italian hotels. Breakfast was continental, and included a wide choice of food. “Nice stay, reasonable price, convenient location”

Everything was very clean. We saw two cleaners working extremely hard and doing a very thorough job. Top marks for them! Everything was very clean. We saw two cleaners working extremely hard and doing a very thorough job. Top marks for them! We noticed some peculiar things about the room, such as incomplete plastering in the corners, builder's pencil marks for the fixtures on the bathroom wall, toilet seat not on straight, artwork hung the wrong way round But this turned out to be because the room had just been renovated and they probably needed to take some time to finish those jobs. Small bathroom, but all the fixtures new, and had everything we needed. Plenty of carparking right outside, and just a short walk from the city. (I don't think you can park much closer without a permit.) Plenty of options at the breakfast buffet. Josephine (on reception) was very helpful, kind and friendly. She was able to explain the places nearby, and offered suggestions. She spoke excellent english, and I enjoyed learning a bit about Italy from her. She was wonderful! Other staff on reception were not so pleasant. I hope the owners recognise the staff who do a great job - they make all the difference for your guests.

Decent location. Parking space was always available near the hotel's front door. We asked for a renovated room on lower levels (2 or 3 I think). Decent location. Parking space was always available near the hotel's front door. We asked for a renovated room on lower levels (2 or 3 I think). The room was big enough and was very clean with all we needed. Most rooms offer a view on a military base but we didn't mind since we stayed only for 1 night. The included breakfast is impressive and offers more than everything to satisfy anyone's taste and appetite! To conclude, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, except only for this: DO NOT leave your key inside the door lock in the room. The hotel guy can't open doors if the key is left inside the lock (room side). I managed to get inside my room through the neighbor's balcony(!) I took the risk but it should *not* have happened. The hotel offered us another room to sleep for the night and wait for the locksmith the day after. I prefered taking the "Mission Impossible" approach but I acknowledged the risk (and I remembered leaving our patio doors slightly open).

“Economic and well located.”

This hotel is located just over 1 kilometer from the Modena Cathedral, so you can walk to city center. You can park on the street or have indoor parking. Rooms are spacious and sufficiently set and clean. I found the staff professional. The breakfast is ok.
