“The Unforgettable Italian Touch”

This is our go to hotel whenever we visit Milan. The location is perfect as it’s close to pretty much everything in the city. This time our visit was a short layover trip to catch our flight home the next day, but the hotel still managed to make our stay a very memorable one. Our booking was upgraded to a junior suite with plenty of space for us to enjoy our last night in Italy before going home. The room is well appointed with classical and modern elements. The bathroom is large with dual vanity and tub and shower combo. On this visit we actually spent a large amount of time tracking our lost luggage. This really feels like dejavu since the first time we stayed at this hotel back in 2012, we also had lost luggage to deal with. Sara the concierge was such great help. She did everything she could to make us feel at ease. This is really an excellent hotel with equally excellent staff. Next time we come back, we will surely plan for a longer stay.

“Beautiful Milan Hotel”
The most perfect Milanese hotel with the old charm. Set on the Via Senato, the hotel is walking distance to the fabulous shopping streets and the Duomo. The most perfect Milanese hotel with the old charm. Set on the Via Senato, the hotel is walking distance to the fabulous shopping streets and the Duomo. From the point of arriving at the hotel the staff very courteous and helpful and everything you would expect from a five star hotel. The hotel breakfast was perfect to start the day with and hosted in a lovely sun room overlooking via Senato. The room is traditional which is what we wanted and the bathroom is a good size with all the amenities required. A truly wonderful hotel in Milan and one which we would recommend and will be staying at again on our trips to Milan.

I can not say enough positive about the Baglioni. From the minute we checked into our two rooms (also traveling with our dog) we experienced first class customer service. The rooms were exceptionally cleaned in every detail as one would expect. However, they payed attention to details over the expectations. Our rooms were very spacious for European standards. Our teenagers even came to our room to sit with us at times. We choose a room with a terrace, and I highly suggest this option. It is nice for relaxing glass of wine before dinner and coffee in the morning. Both the staff in reception and breakfast are all FIVE star. Location was also perfect for us to walk to the main shopping district and the park with our dog. I can’t say enough-it is on our return list

“Worth 5 Stars and more”
Just what we seek in a 5 Star hotel. Excellence in all areas. Location, service, management, quality. The staff are helpful without being obsequious, Attentive, informative, anticipating any need. Well done to the Manager.
