“Can't Beat Location”

We spent 2 nights in the hotel. We were upgraded to a comfort room (room 104). I think if available you should try to get a higher floor. We spent 2 nights in the hotel. We were upgraded to a comfort room (room 104). I think if available you should try to get a higher floor. On the 2nd night there was this weird rolling back and forth on the floors upstairs. We phone down around 1 am and then it stopped shortly thereafter so not sure if it was a guest upstairs. It is a very artsy hotel but the room was spacious. I agree the slippers are a little thin Our room has a window overlooking the street below but had wooden covers over the windows if you didn't want people to see inside. The location is the key: the Duomo is right across the street so super convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions.

...is there ad phrase and yes, the hotel exemplifies all that is Cutting Edge Minimalist Sheik Art in Milan. Excellent location a few metres from the Domo ( and a Metro stop). Lovely room with mini bar and fridge. Friendly staff. The kind of ..uhhhs: Guest Robes would have been nice although I did apprciate the disposable slippers walking around on the concrete floor. And coffee...WE'RE IN ITALY! Why torture us with INSTANT COFFEE as the only option in the room?? It would no be so bad if real coffee was available in the lobby but it is not.

“Great Location, Spacious Room, Artsy Vibe.”

This hotel was very good. It's less then one block from the Duomo, and in an incredibly great location. Our stay was great! We had no issues. This hotel was very good. It's less then one block from the Duomo, and in an incredibly great location. Our stay was great! We had no issues. The breakfast was excellent, there is a menu you can order from too. The front desk and staff were very attentive. Some minor suggestions were, that they should have locked room to store luggage vs, in the middle of the lobby. Fortunately, one of our two rooms (we are a family of 5) were ready, so didn't need to worry about that. The room was spacious, and a bit over designed. But note that you are going to an artsy hotel, so it's meant to be different. Overall, it was a great experience and a great stay.

This hotel needs work. Pros: Price, amazing location, cleanliness, nice staff. Cons: This is not a luxurious place. It feels more like a youth hostel than a four-star hotel. The lobby is so tiny and unattractive that I thought I entered the back door. The registration desk is small and always crowded. On any given day, people waiting to get into rooms are asleep on the few sofas, and bags overtake the lobby. Bathrooms desperately need renovation. Housekeeping didn't come by for 2 days. With a little updating, it could be amazing.
