“Wonderful staff and perfectly placed.”
The staff makes this a 5-star review. They are attentive to traveler needs at alp levels. If they are not supporting you in some way, just ask. “Enjoyable, friendly staff - nice location.”
First time in Milan, and was happy that the hotel is steps away from the Duomo. The hotel is lovely, small with a nice pool and sauna downstairs ( you can reserve to use on your own). “Straf hotel Milan”
The Straf is a very convenient boutique hotel which is perfect location , 1/2 block from the famous Doumo Which is a busy tourist area but also near trains , Restaraunts etc However this location is hard to get to by car , apps can’t find it because the location is at a no drive through area B... more

“Straff a la mode”
Bed was hard for my liking and the hallway leading to the room had a weird stench usually at night. The staff was very friendly and polite. The location was extremely convenient. I wasn’t able to try the complimentary breakfast but it looked good.
