The hotel is a few minutes walk from Milan Centrale. Very convenient place if you are using the train station. The customer service was fantastic. A special shout out to Illina at the front desk who was just couldn’t have been nicer. We arrived very early from New York on an overnight flight and she got our room ready as quickly as possible so we could relax before going out on the town. The hotel was very busy at the time and she really made an above and beyond effort to help us out. Thank you so much to her!! We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Milan and would stay there again if and when we return.

“Perfect City stay”

Modern rooms, comfy bed, great breakfast and rooftop restaurant. Everything about this hotel is just a little bit better than the average 4* city hotel, which culminates in a wonderful experience. Close to Milano Centrale to access Como and Varenna directly by train :)

Great locatiom a stone’s throw from Central station. We weren’t disturbed by sounds of the train etc at all. The rooms seem to be soundproof as we could not hear anyone else. Breakfast is good, something for everyone, a great selection of fruit and desserts, pastries, cereals, the whole lot. The best thing about this place for me though is the staff Shakil in the restaurant was great as were all the staff to be honest Spa is great, private, clean Free water, snacks and soft drinks in fridge replenished every day. If you need anything someone comes to give it to you within literally 5 minutes so so reliable and helpful. A few good places to eat in the vicinity Spontini pizza (amazing oizza) just across the road, there’s also a great place in central station (mercardo centrale) where there are loads of food counters, a bit pricey but a great selection. Panzare is also just across the road, a lovely place to sit and eat & quite reasonably priced. So easy to get the train/metro wherever you need to go. Day trips to Garda , como etc super easy. Trams are also to the side of the station so easy to jump on and off. Only a short metro ride away from the duomo. Piazza gae aulenti is great for toddlers and kids, they can have a little splash about and you can do a bit of shopping or go for a nice meal or El&n followed by a visit to the lego shop (all in the same square). The Da Vinci museum had quite a bit to see for a transport obsessed toddler & the natural history museum was cheap and quite good too (there is a street called Via Panfilo Castaldi close by to the museum that has great middle eastern restaurants including a lovely little Palestinian takeaway/restaurant) Watch out for Mosquito’s in Milan I was bitten terribly. Anyway a bit of an itinerary here for you but back to the main message: the hotel was great!
