We spent 3 days in Milan for holidays and we loved it. We have stayed 2 night at the hotel. The staff is nice, the room have a lot of space and the everything was clean. The breakfast is correct. They were doing some refreshments so we could not access it. There are gym as well. The hotel is kind of far from the Duomo. The line 14 is at 4 min away from the hotel and it will take you to the center in 34 min. Also, there is a restaurant in front of the hotel. It is the best way to get there. From the airport, to got to the center, there is the malpensa train. It is 13€ and it is quick (40 min), from the airport to the center. BUT from the center to the airport, the train takes 1h15 to get there so live earlier. If you have a flight on the evening, I advise you to take your baggage with you and leave at another hotel on the center of cost 13.40 euros on Bounce as the hotel is far and it a waste of time. Overall the hotel is worth the price. I recommended it!

“False advertisement! Disappointing”

- as shown in the pictures, this hotel was advertised as having a lovely pool which was the reason me and my family booked as it is very far out from Milan centre - we stayed here for 2 nights and spent around €200 on taxis into Milan city centre because of the location, this is something we were willing to do because of the hotel having a lovely big pool as part of the amenities. - we were extremely disappointed to arrive and discover the ‘pool’ was more like a building site with no water and hazard tape around it. - false advertisement from booking.com! My mum was in contact with the hotel before arriving where she was told it cost €8 per day to access the pool and nothing was mentioned about it being closed! More false advertisement … - overall, wouldn’t be keen to stay here in the future because the location wasn’t great and judging by this experience - you never know what you’re going to get.

“Find a better Hotel”

Our main grip is they do not turn the aircon in the rooms, their attitude is to open the window, which is obviously std as the large window has a switch which opens it 6 inches at the top. Our main grip is they do not turn the aircon in the rooms, their attitude is to open the window, which is obviously std as the large window has a switch which opens it 6 inches at the top. Our room at night we are sweltering at 27.4 degrees, every night. To be awoken each morning with jack hammers as they are rebuilding the pool, as we had to have our window open all the time to get some relief from the heat. That's why we will never stay at another IH hotel, they put profit over guests comfort. The rooms are std, bathroom compact, Bed very comfortable. Very clean They supply toiletries but do not replenish, we had to ask reception for more shower gel they were extremely helpful. The mini fridge has a selection of goods/ drinks with price list. The reception staff are very friendly & helpful with the exception of 1 young man who could see my wife standing at the bar near reception offered no help, after 5 minutes a young lady came from the restaurant/ breakfast area to help. They do have plenty of underground parking at 10 euro per night, every were else we are staying over 3 months in Italy offer it for free. Found this disappointing The breakfast is nice, plenty of fresh & canned fruit , also whole fruit, yoghurt & cereal, unfortunately the use generic coco pops & corn flakes, not nice. Breads, cheese meats tomato, gherkins, sometimes lettuce. Boiled eggs sometimes, cold Oily belly bacon, chopped mini Frankfurt's & scrambled eggs, sometime hot/ cold. Juice tea & coffee & a toaster, Jams etc etc. Location poor but we needed parking. Tram line 220 mtrs away 30 minute ride to city center Line 14 Duomo M1 M3 stop. We advised that our toilet seat was broken (on our first day) sliding. Apologized but as this is our third night still not resolved. There are two lifts to the rooms however one out of order for our whole stay. Down in reception there is a lovely advertising banner in front of lift. Found this very frustrating as numerous times especially in the morning as people were checking out and other guests going to breakfast lifts were full. We feel this motel is more about saving money then looking after their paying clientele.
