“Very Kind staff ”
I was really upset when we had a nightmare experience with Alitalia and weren’t able to get back to London with our 6 month old baby. When Luca collected us from the airport I was crying! But they were so kind and helpful made me feel much better. They sorted us out a cot, boiled water for the baby… more
