“Convenient & good value hotel”
The room was small but clean. The hotel is a few minutes' walk from Loreto metro station; there's a Pam supermarket just round the corner, and we ate a great pizza at a restaurant called Partenopea about 5 minutes' walk away. “good value within reach of Milan's city centre”
You would not be coming round Piazzale Loreto if you were a tourist. Unless, that is, if you want to see the place where Mussolini and Chiara Petacci, his mistress, were hung by their feet in 1943. You'll have to use your imagination though. Today this is a terribly busy roundabout full of traffic.… more
