Excellent service, spotless rooms and a good location for getting about! We stayed for new year and had a great time. The team were fantastic and couldn’t have done any better. I loved Giuseppe on the front desk he is full of sunshine and was absolutely brilliant. The room was spotless, the best was very comfortable and i slept really well! Too well in fact.. I slept in most days 😂 the room was absolutely spotless and house keeping did a great job! We had a few drinks in the bar which was reasonably priced and the service was great. It was easy to get about, the subway was just over the bridge. The tram literally outside the hotel and no2 gets you straight into the centre. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so wonderful, you are a great team and we wish you all the best for 2025

Meets the holiday-inn standard. Good hotel with good maintenance and cleanliness. They provide standard toiletries and open to providing basics (tooth brush/paste, shaving kit) if you have forgotten (I did not ask for it though) Their breakfast spread is good with basic continental options one would look for. Location is not the best but still manageable as they have a tram station right in front.

Overall wonderful experience from check in to check out. The only pitfall is its proximity to the rail that led sleep interruptions. Strengths: tidy and clean, standard room with abundant amenities, helpful staff, close to a main rail station Nitpicking pitfalls: the proximity created inevitable noise at night, even after 11pm.

“The area too quiet hotel didnt offer much 3*rather than 4* too old fashioned too far out the way”

Hotel ok room not cleaned for 2 days had to ask for fresh towels n clean bins never ate in dinning room nye there was no where in the area to get food so returned to hotel .They were only serving pizza which was not the best was hoping they were doing a meal for nye .location wasfine for public tra… more

Hotel ok room not cleaned for 2 days had to ask for fresh towels n clean bins never ate in dinning room nye there was no where in the area to get food so returned to hotel .They were only serving pizza which was not the best was hoping they were doing a meal for nye .location wasfine for public transport but the area surrounding hotel was dead all resturants closed 3-7 pm so nowere to eat or drink woul say 3*not4*.Bathroom was very old fashioned .we were put next to lift on 2 nd floor so noisy people passing and banging doors .would not stay again i would rather pay extra to be more central hotel which had more to offer then the holiday inn did
