“Pretty far out of Milan but pretty good apart from that!”

i stayed here with my daughter and when we arrived at the underground it was not made clear at all how far it was to walk - in the dark it was impossible and there were a lot of prostitutes about in the park and on the main road - pretty shocked to say the least - that said the hotel is very clean and the breakfasts are very good (apart from being reprimanded from the front of house supervisor for taking some bottles of water) - the wifi was terrible though and that was the one thing that needs sorted. One thing i would like to make clear that it takes at least 40 minutes to walk to the underground but what is not make clear is that you can get a ticket for train and tram combined!

“Pleasant stay”

Hotel was very well appointed with ample free parking. Staff were very welcoming.Nice bar and breakfast was good. My disappointment was the bathroom especially around the over bath shower. Lots of pink bacteria had formed in the seals and in the corners of the shower screen.

A very spacious and well-kept hotel on the outskirts of Milan. The reception desk staff is prompt and helpful; be it checking-in, asking for advice or calling a taxi. A very spacious and well-kept hotel on the outskirts of Milan. The reception desk staff is prompt and helpful; be it checking-in, asking for advice or calling a taxi. Very much appreciated their courtesy. The room was a bit smaller than expected and had no tea / coffee facilities or ironing stand. But all these things were provided quickly if requested. Daily room making service was very good. The bed was comfortable and there was no extra noise around. The breakfast was wonderful, with lots of choices. The girls there spoke very good English and cappuccino was always served in style and courtesy. The hotel had three lifts and each was indicated by a digital sign board beneath the centre one. They were quick and it was easy to know which door would open by looking at the display board. The only drawback was its distance from anywhere of interest in Milan. We chose the public transport a few times and the journey involved travelling one part via tram and then switching to the underground metro system with one change to reach the Duomo area.Taxi ride each way was around 30 Euros. The low cost of the rooms was an incentive to choose this place to stay but if you are to enjoy Milan then it is better to be closer to the city centre though it is quite expensive.

The hotel was average, wouldn’t say it’s a 4 star hotel however. More like a 3 star hotel. It had everything you needed but nothing special or luxurious. The hotel was average, wouldn’t say it’s a 4 star hotel however. More like a 3 star hotel. It had everything you needed but nothing special or luxurious. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean, however the wood flooring in our room had black marks where furniture had scraped it badly. The curtains had been ripped and the heating in our room didn’t work properly, only the air con worked. The hotel is a bit far out from Milan’s tourist attractions so would be better to stay closer to Milan central where you have everything at walking distance. Although, the staff were lovely and welcoming.
