“Pleasant hotel but out of Matera”
I too was on a 2 night stay with Riviera Travel.Hotel was lovely,breakfast good,dinner on only one night fine.If going independently I would stay in Matera,as this hotel is isolated.Staff pleasant,room spacious and comfortable.I used swimming pool with no problem- you have to wear a swimming cap ... more

“Nice, but too far out of Matera”
This was the 2nd hotel on our Riviera tour. A very large hotel , modern. Bedroom adequate. Bathroom had a shower over bath , this would not stay in position & so made it tricky to shower whilst having to hold hose with one hand. “Looks Good but needs work”
Stayed here 2 nights as part of a Riviera Tour. The front of the hotel along with the public areas look superb. However there is clearly unfinished work around the hotel, mainly at the rear. Our room was clean & comfortable with a shared balcony but the balcony was tatty with unfinished electrica... more

“Reasonable but Scope for Improvement”
Visited the hotel for two nights as part of a Riviera Tour to Puglia. Hotel is large, lots of confusing signage and some refurbishment work ongoing, but stay overall was good.
