##Description **Residence Riviera Palace** is a three-star residence located only 300 metres from the centre of Loano, a town on the Riviera di Ponente, in Liguria, overlooking the sea and behind it protected by an arc of mountains. The beach, the port, shops and restaurants can be reached with a few minutes’ walk. The train station is only 800 metres away. Genoa airport can be reached in about an hour by car. This modern and comfortable residence, opened in 2012, is a complex of apartments equipped with the most modern amenities. Common facilities include a reception, two elevators, common rooms, a TV room, a bar, a garden and an indoor/outdoor children's area. The seasonal pool is surrounded by a large solarium with sun loungers and parasols. Children can spend fun moments at the playground. The residence has an agreements with "Bagni Miramare Loano", which can be reached by shuttle bus at set times. In July and August the beach service must be requested and booked in advance. The Management offers its guests free bicycles (up to 90 minutes). Free Wi-Fi is available in the common areas and in all rooms.
