This was our first visit to Lake Garda. This hotel is very nice, with a great location for south Lake Garda. The staff is amazing, especially David. His english was excellent and he was more than accommodating with all our little requests and questions. The room was fabulous with an amazing view of the lake and a little balcony to sit on... Sirmione town and castle was a long walk or a short drive away. Arriving early at the castle, we found plenty of parking. Walking out to the roman ruins was well worth it... as was a lovely stroll along the shore. We were a bit disappointed this end of the lake lacked the European old town charm of narrow streets. It was a bit too much like American tourist towns along a lake. If we return to Lake Garda - we would stay along the eastern shore, where there are older buildings and the like is a bit deeper, better for swimming.

Very good hotel, on the bank of the lake, with a scenic view. Staff was really friendly, breakfast was OK, coffee was delicious. Room and facilities were clean and nice. WIFI was strong. Very good hotel, on the bank of the lake, with a scenic view. Staff was really friendly, breakfast was OK, coffee was delicious. Room and facilities were clean and nice. WIFI was strong. Rooms are not so big, beds were uncomfortable for us (very soft mattress). Walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbours. All in all, will visit again the hotel, we enjoyed our time here.

We stayed here with the family in August, together with the grandparents, Children and Aunt. We had a wonderful time. The hotel's location is perfect, right on the lake. The rooms were comfortable and well serviced. The restaurant was very good and all efforts were made to accommodate the needs of all family members. The staff were all very friendly and professional. What is the best is the wonderful grounds and pool. The children had it mostly to themselves. It was never crowded, it was immaculately kept and sparkling clean every day for us to enjoy. The grandparents could relax in the lounge chairs. The town centre is just a short taxi ride away with shops and restaurants. On the street outside the hotel there are more shops. We found walking tracks as well. Overall it was a great stay and I can recommend this hotel.
