“Great Price and Excellent Service”
Excellent service, two lovely male men run this property and nothing was a problem or to hard and they also let us have a late check out at 3pm It was the cheapest and best family hotel I could find for the price, included breakfast. Excellent service, two lovely male men run this property and nothing was a problem or to hard and they also let us have a late check out at 3pm It was the cheapest and best family hotel I could find for the price, included breakfast. We caught the local bus into Sirmione, and make sure you find the FREE THERMAL BATHS (fresh overflow pipe from the expensive Thermal Baths, its were the locals swim. Its located next to the pump station, you will see a small rock wall.

Stayed at this small Hotel only one night with several friends. Location is just off a main road so you don't hear the traffic. Stayed at this small Hotel only one night with several friends. Location is just off a main road so you don't hear the traffic. Rooms are very clean & neat & at $190 Australian for a triple room with breakfast this was excellent value. Only a five minute walk to several restaurants including a small super market near by.

If you are going to spend most of the day out and enjoy finding different restaurants for dinner, this hotel is fine. It is a modest hotel so you cannot expect whistles and bells. However, the location, parking, internet connection, cleanliness and service are all good. The room quality, decor and breakfast are OK. The owner is really friendly and very helpful and that goes a long way to making a stay a successful one.

“Average hotel in good location”
Really good location (only some noise from restaurant in front). Small, basic, lil bit outdated rooms in strange grey color. Nice balcony. Good shower. Helpfull staff (woman). Good free parking, good wife. Average breakfast - there was little bit of everything, but not very tasty...
