“Location, Location, Location”
The hotel is so perfectly located in a lovely quiet side street, only a short distance from the heart & soul & hussle & bussle of Sirmione. The hotel is so perfectly located in a lovely quiet side street, only a short distance from the heart & soul & hussle & bussle of Sirmione. Jamaica Beach Sirmiones best beach is only a short walk away or take the road train located 50mts from your hotel. The hotel staff are really lovely, friendly & nothing you do, ask or say is a problem for them. Some of the reviews on here are a little disingenuous about the decor, really? You really are not in an episode of “Four in a Bed. The hotels, Location, Pool & Staff make this the place to be. The tranquility & quietness once you get away from the crowded centre make this place a little slice of Italian heaven. So in summary, look above the superficial & enjoy every moment Sirmione has to offer.

“Quiet hotel in old part of town”
The hotel was great overall. Silva, the waiter at breakfast, was fantastic, very polite and knew our coffee order quickly. The cleaning staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was great overall. Silva, the waiter at breakfast, was fantastic, very polite and knew our coffee order quickly. The cleaning staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was sufficient and the pool was magnificent. There were beautiful corners everywhere and it was nice and quiet, even though the hotel is in the old center of Sirmione. The only downside was the manager/owner. We were not allowed to swim in the evening after a long day of sight seeing and our family, visitors for one day, were not allowed in our room to change clothes after swimming in the lake. The manager/owner also didn't ask about our experience, he seemed very uninterested.

“Could use some updating”
Pretty much everything about Hotel Broglia could use some updating but the Italian hospitality also saves the day here. For a one night stay it is a decent option although it is clear that you are paying for the location rather than anything else. Definitely not a great value for money choice.
