We stayed for 4 nights in the terrace room, The hotel is right opposite the ferry terminal and the location is very central and ideal for everything, Breakfast was included and the usual selection of bread croissants ham cheeses fruit etc. Staff were friendly and the room was very clean. We arrived by ferry from Limone and you can get the ferry to other villages. There is a lift so no issues with luggage, the hotel also has tables outside and serves food drinks all day. Great stay and would recommend to others.

This small hotel located perfectly in the heart of Malcesine was a delight to stay at. The location right at the dock is perfect for day trips to many of the towns and villages that surround Lake Garda. Also right on the doorstep of the wonderful bars and restaurants that Malcesine offers to the tourist and locals alike. Wonderful winding walks around the many shops and cafés that inhabit the town are right where this lovely hotel is situated. Short walks along the lake are within mere metres of it's location as well as long, flat leisurely walks or bicycle rides towards the North to Torbole and Riva, dotted with lakeside restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was clean and the facilities were adequate. A very decent breakfast awaited every day. Breakfast times were 8-10am but we were able to partake from 7.15 when required. A good selection of meats and cheeses along with fruit, yoghurt, cereal, pastries and breads and boiled eggs. Fruit juice, various teas and of course strong Italian coffee! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful also, a credit to the establishment. The only negatives I would add is the bed was quite hard and we needed more pillows (which were happily supplied). The fan in the bathroom ran constantly unless the light was left on and was quite noisy. The smoke alarm had red led lights that flashed constantly and I had to cover up as they were very bright at nighttime. Only one electrical outlet in the room so take an extension and four gang if using multiple plugs to charge devices etc... I pulled the bed forward to try access the power point behind the headboard and it was clear that under the bed hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, unfortunately. In closing, would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area for a long or short stay.

This hotel could not be in a better location , it is right at the harbour for the boat trips, and there are lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, right on the doorstep. We had a lovely meal in the hotel itself and in the large restaurant beside it , overlooking the lake. We stayed in room 11, which was a 'lateral lake view' room , which was great for watching the hustle and bustle of people and listening to the music in the evening. The room was cleaned meticulously every day by a very hard working lady cleaner and the bed was so comfortable. The continental breakfast had a reasonable range of choice and was very fresh every day. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, especially the younger male members. We really enjoyed our weeks stay and would not hesitate to recommend a stay in this lovely hotel.
