We chose this venue for our wedding because of the beautiful setting and facilities. We wanted to accommodate family and friends too. The staff go above and beyond to accommodate any requests, especially Valentina who was informative and communicative throughout the months leading up to our big day as well as during our stay and for the wedding day itself. The manager, Luca, was exceptional in making us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were explained on the day of arrival and check in was simple and quick which was welcoming as we arrived very late. The rooms were decorated to a high standard and were very clean and comfortable, they also smelt fresh and amazing. Towels, robes, slippers and flip flops were provided as is stated on their website. We had the most amazing view of the lake from our balcony which is one of the biggest selling points of this hotel. Family members booked to use the spa, which included a steam room, sauna, ritual shower and jacuzzi. There is also an outside sauna that looks over the lake, which is out of this world. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the lake but this was cold so we didn’t use it, maybe because it was out of season. The garden is well kept and clean and a great place to just relax and switch off. The hotel offer a shuttle bus service to the nearby town which was very much appreciated and used by us all as the town is a beautiful place to visit. Our wedding day here was the best that we could ever wish for, amazing food, attention to detail and again, nothing too much trouble. The hotel is a spectacular place to stay and worthy of its 4* (the only downside, was that the coffee in the rooms has to be drunk from a paper cup, we would prefer proper mugs or tea cups). The receptionist guided us to our room and was more than happy to show us how to use the aircon and how to open the doors (sounds silly but italian doors open differently to british doors). A beautiful hotel, with such accommodating staff. The receptionist guided us to our room and was more than happy to show us how to use the aircon and how to open the doors (sounds silly but italian doors open differently to british doors). The rooms were decorated to a high spec and were very clean and comfortable. They also smelt like a spa. Towels, robes, slippers and flip flops were provided. The balcony had loungers with a view of the lake. We booked to use the spa, it was a lovely addition. It included a steam room, sauna, ritual shower and jacuzzi. There was also an outside sauna that looks over the lake. The hotel had a lovely pool and garden that overlooks the lake with an outside bar you can buy drinks from. We paid extra to have a floating breakfast. It was really tasty with so much choice. We overlooked the lake eating our breakfast in the outdoor hot tub. We also paid to have dinner there and it was one of the best meals we had eaten in our whole trip to Lake Garda. The hotel is up in the mountains so to get down to the town the lovely receptionist booked a taxi for us. The taxi journey is no more than a 10 minute drive. The hotel on a whole has a lovely atmosphere and provides a great service to their guests. The views from this hotel are spectacular. I have nothing but positives to say about this hotel other than it should be a 5 star and we regret not booking longer here.

“Excellent, highly recommended!”

Stunning views, great amenities, and excellent staff. We had a wonderful time at Hotel Querceto. The staff bent over backward to accommodate our every need, and were wonderful with our little one. It also had the best breakfast we've ever had at any hotel.

A lovely hotel with a stunning view of Lake Garda and the mountains opposite. Staff were very helpful answering questions before we went and during our stay and really made us feel welcome. There is a free shuttle bus that goes back and forth 3 times per day to Malcesine which is very useful and driven by another helpful member of staff. Hotel Querceto is a brilliant base to explore Lake Gards and we had amazing trips to Limone , using the ferry , and to Mount Balde using the gondola. The hotel and grounds are lovely and the pool is especially pretty with lovely views. There is a really good snack bar next to the pool that serves , Pizzas, snacks and drinks. When the sun was out it was a lovely experience to sunbathe and swim. The weather was mixed and we had two days of heavy constant rain. Please check if there is a wedding planned at the hotel before you book as the wedding combined with a wet day meant that all of the facilities were closed to guests on the day. This was the only criticism on an otherwise lovely stay. We would definitely recommend it. We would also recommend Trattoria Campiano next door which gave us a lovely alternative to evening meals. We would also recommend Ristorante Pizzeria Italia da Nikolas next to the harbour which serves great pizzas at a reasonable rate.
