“Fabulous 7 night holiday!!”
Hotel Malcesine was magnificent! The staff were some of the kindest we have ever met. We stayed for 7 nights on a half board basis and could not fault the hotel experience at all, everything was great. Food and cocktails were fab! “Amazing hotel , poor Waiter service. Front desk and manager was great.”
The hotel room was magnificent and the view was amazing. However the waiters in this hotel could do with customer service training, they clearly have no clue on this area very rude. Manager and front desk were excellent and made you feel very welcomed.

“Be cautious about going here in low season”
As advertised this is only a 3 star hotel, so moderate expectations.
