Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff,rooms are nice spacious and very clean,food good you get freshly made omelette etc for breakfast, lovely cocktails.there is a great local pool one street back that’s has wellness centre as well as outside pool. Only slight thing is distance to walk to the lake( about 25mins) but there is a free shuttle bus morning and evening but just to certain times

The experience at this hotel was perfect from the moment we set our feet onside! Its a new and modern hotel, clean and welcoming. And with beautiful tiles on the floor.. We booked a superior room for 3 night, but upgraded to a suite the last two nights. Superior room was nice, with a small balcony with a nice view over the lake, and a lovely bathroom. Suite, with our own rooftop terrace, was magical. Aircondition worked very well. The rooms are very quiet at night, and the beds are comfortable.Breakfast was lovely and so are all the people that work at this place! Receptionist (I think her name is Illiona) is the perfect host. The hotel has a nice rooftop sundeck and a pool, not big, but enough to cool down if the sun gets to intense. The hotel also has a nice restaurant. Its wonderful to sit outside as the sun sets, and the food, as well as the drinks is very good! Perfect waiters, doing their job with big smiles and excellent service. The village is a nice 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. You can also hop on the shuttle bus, - the stop is only a few meters from the hotel. In the village you´ll find narrow streets with small shops, nice bars and restaurants. And a magical promenade along the lakeside. The whole thing is very fotogenic! I also recommend to take one of the boats and go see some of the other villages by the lake! Its well worth it :-) I highly recommend this hotel, and we will be back. For sure!

Stayed here in June 2019 for 5 days. Modern hotel which is a ten minute walk into the main area down by the lake. Very clean overall. Had a superior room with small balcony. Room a good size with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed firm but we found very comfortable. Came with bathroom with good shower. Air con worked very well. Has a small roof top pool and sunbathing area. For the size, very pleasant indeed. Staff very helpful from receptionists to waiters. Good selection of food for breakfast which was well cooked and presented. Nice patio area forms part of the dining room too. Ate at the restaurant 3 nights and were not disappointed. Good portions and very nice food. Reasonably priced for what you get. For the type of stay we had, this hotel was great. Recommended.

What a lovely clean quiet hotel, we only stayed two nights as we had other accommodation booked, however if I ever go back to Garda I would definitely stay longer. The food was lovely, the staff were very friendly and helpful also a free shuttle bus outside the hotel was also great for getting to the lake. I would have given it 5 stars my only fault with the room was the bed, it was just to hard for myself and my wife, this may suit others, however we were sore after two nights and longing for a nice soft mattress, this is a minor problem as we usually find this problem in most hotels and it's more a problem with us rather than the hotel. Other than that I really can't fault the hotel and would thoroughly recommend it.
