This is the most beautiful, well equipped and friendly hotel I have ever stayed in! With Prosecco and lindt chocolate pancakes for breakfast! A beautiful spa with mint and lemon showers, salt baths, sauna and the best part the beautiful rooftop heated pool with the most spectacular view!! The rooms are spacious, huge balconies, beautiful quality shampoos and moisturisers in the bathroom, excellent service! After checking in here last minute from a Butlins type filthy cold chalet along the road, this hotel really made our holiday!! Sirmione is a ten minute bus ride, again absolutely breathtaking! Cannot fault it at all!

A very comfortable hotel with good rooms and swimming pools, including a heated one on the roof. The breakfast offering is also excellent. A very comfortable hotel with good rooms and swimming pools, including a heated one on the roof. The breakfast offering is also excellent. The only drawback is the position and location - it is set back from quite a busy road and some way out of town, but bikes are cheap to hire to cycle into Dezenzano. For those with a car, it is very convenient with plenty of parking space.

Just back from 5 night stay at this lovely hotel situated mid way between Desenzano and Sirmione. The location makes it ideal for exploring both towns but quite a walk if you don't have a car. The hotel was extremely clean and well presented. The bedrooms spacious with great showers and comfortable beds. Some lovely personal touches that enhanced our stay - Luxurious shower products, complimentary soft drinks in the fridge which were restocked daily, robes, slippers and 'beach' bag - all making it feel like they were going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome ! The breakfast was fantastic with a sumptuous array of fruit, pastries, meats, cheese and cooked items - we certainly didn't go hungry. The only downside was that the restaurant wasn't open in the evening so no food was available to buy and there were only a few restaurants within walking distance. In addition the hotel has a wonderful Spa in the basement with steam room, saunas and relaxation areas, topped off with a lovely heated rooftop pool - heavenly after a long day walking !! The spa was included in our stay but chargeable at 25 euros person for some rooms - however would say it is definitely worth a visit. The staff were very accommodating, especially Inga on reception who went out of her way to help us with bus/ train/ ferry timetables, taxis etc. She was very polite and knowledgeable and certainly enhanced our stay - thanks Inga ! Overall a great hotel - perfect for exploring beautiful Lake Garda - highly recommended.
