“Fantastic”

Great family run hotel, the location is superb and the staff are so friendly and willing to help. Good sized rooms, you can use the bikes, paddle boards at no additional cost. Free parking. A nice family run business, would definitely visit again

“The most pleasant stay”

We enjoyed our stay very be much. Beachfront, great food, very attentive staff, nice rooms with a big bathroom. Wifi was a bit spotty and we missed a balcony (but that was our mistake!!). Just read the room description thoroughly 😉. Top location on Lake Garda!!!!!

“Lovely stay overall”

We stayed at the hotel for our Honeymoon with our 2 children staying in a suite overlooking the lake. The room was a great size and had a sliding partition to separate us from our sleeping 2 and 4 year old. We stayed at the hotel for our Honeymoon with our 2 children staying in a suite overlooking the lake. The room was a great size and had a sliding partition to separate us from our sleeping 2 and 4 year old. The pool area is great for smaller kids as it has plenty of shallow places for them to paddle and has cabanas to keep out of the August sun. The senior/longer serving staff overall were helpful and repeatedly checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly. I think a number of the waiting staff were still training which caused a few frustrations as they’d repeatedly forget orders for coffee at breakfast or around the pool and in the evening 4 out of 5 evening meals had a discrepancy with the bill. I’m putting it down to training and we all have to learn but it was irritating by the end of our stay, especially when we had €82 of bread added to our bill which would have gone unnoticed had we not had issues with the bill on previous nights. The restaurant was great for breakfast and lunch and I’d say pretty good for dinner. My only reason for having slight issue with the dinner menus were some of the specials were a bit rogue. I opted for fish one night which came with a mint mayo that tasted like tooth paste. I’m pointing out the downsides but additionally their mussels are insanely good, so good in fact we ordered this more than once. Drinks prices are by and large reasonable for a hotel but my only drawback is the soft drinks for kids. They’re opted for organic/craft sodas which are nice for adults but when ordering a €5 lemonade for a kid that just wants a sprite not having the option is frustrating. There is a Spar shop nearby and pharmacy so you can get supplies there if you need. The front of house team are amazing and super helpful and really helped us with our transfer back to the airport. We’d stay here again so don’t be put off by the negative points, the good far outweighs the bad, just flagging for transparency.
