My partner and I stayed here for a week recently. It’s a fabulous hotel. It had undergone an extensive renovation last winter and the result is a super stylish comfortable hotel. The rooms are tastefully done with everything you need and nothing you don’t. The beds are super comfy and housekeeping returns them to super sparkly each day. The hotel has a new head Chef this year and he has revised and updated the food offering & produced a sparkling set of evening menus that feature fresh Italian dishes presented in a modern European way. Our food was excellent throughout the week. The four course evening menu leaves you very well fed! Breakfast was a generous buffet of European fayre - particularly recommended are the pancakes. Super fluffy and yummy. Kamal leads the restaurant team with calm assurance and all of them are super smiley and friendly, as are the reception staff. The hotel has the perfect lakeside location. A leisurely stroll around the lakeside takes you into the centre of Bardolino in 15 minutes or the direct route takes you there in no more than five. Warmly recommended.

“OUR BEST EVER STAY”

Stayed here many times In the past. It is a perfect location with beautiful views of the lake. Town centre, ferries and public transport all within easy reach.Hotel has been recently refurbished. Room, Restaurant, food excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Our best ever stay.

I, my sister and my husband, stayed in the Nettuno for 2 weeks from 23 may till 5 June 2024. The hotel has been extensively refurbished to a very high standard. The dining room and the lounge are very imaginatively decorated. Our rooms were spacious and very comfortable and well appointed, with good views. The hotel is in a quiet location, and just a ten minute walk to the centre of Bardolino. It has a very good and large swimming pool. The patio, which overlooks the pool, offers an excellent vista of the lake itself, and is a relaxing place on which to enjoy a snack or a drink. The dining room is bright and comfortable. The range of food at breakfast is very extensive, and well set out. Dinner is a daily pleasure, with very imaginative, beautifully presented and cooked dishes. The dining room staff are very very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and they are a great asset to the hotel. In this regard, we must mention Kibar and Lorenzo. We must also praise the bar staff. They very very friendly, helpful and hard working. The ladies at reception must also be included here, for quiet efficiency, and cheerful disposition. Al the above factors combined to make our stay a memorable experience, and we have every confidence in recommending the Nettuno.

Stayed here for a week at the end of May. Outstanding hotel. Right on the shore of Lake Garda, a short stroll into Bardolino town centre (5 mins) and you have lots of choice for restaurant's and some lovely little shops selling all kinds of stuff. The staff were absolutely brilliant. Elke and Giulia on reception, where nothing was too much trouble. Kamel the maitre de, who looked after my wife who is coeliac every evening with an excellent selection of gluten free bread, and also ensured that any meal my wife chose from the menu was adjusted to suit. The staff in the restaurant, Kabir, Lazara were very efficient, but a big thank you to Stefano who was absolutely fantastic. The food served up to us by chef on an evening (unfortunately did not get the man's name) was some of the finest food we have ever had in a hotel. After you have had dinner why not retire to the bar and get totally spoilt by Matteo and Lorenzo who will see to whatever liquids you require and to a very high standard (special shout out to Matteo 👍). The hotel is lovely, rooms are a nice size, and have a free safe, coffee and tea with kettle, TV, hairdryer and are cleaned to a very good standard. Free pool towels and a lovely pool area with plenty of beds. The walk into Garda takes about 30 mins at a leisurely pace. Take a boat tour of the lake it's beautiful. Trip to Venice is, in my opinion, worth it. You will see all you want to and more. There is a cycle/walking path around most of the lakeside which is flat and wide. Making it easy to use on foot or bike/Escooter. All in all, if you are looking at visiting Lake Garda I can't recommend this hotel highly enough as a base for exploring, or, as somewhere to just sit back, relax, sunbathe and enjoy everything that this hotel has to offer. I really don't think you will find a better one anywhere on the lake. Thanks to everyone at Hotel Nettuno for making our first visit to Lake Garda such a memorable one. We look forward to seeing you again in the future.
