Great location, less than 5 minutes walk to the town. Large room, plenty storage space and room for the empty suitcases. Large bed, very comfy, dark curtains. Fabulous breakfast with enormous choice (including juicers!) with fresh omelettes. Dinner was also excellent, great choices, good amount and fantastic cakes. Pools and spa also excellent, with plenty bubbles and perfect temperatures. Staff and service was brilliant. We went on a Tui Package deal, bed; breakfast & evening meal.

I really loved this hotel , it was modern , quiet location, the pools were amazing and breakfast was good . It Would have been five stars but for the 1 minor issue of my son cutting his foot on a pointy bit of glass on the stairwell. Although the hotel were amazing and looked after my son and made sure he was ok after this . Would I go back yes I would. Not sure if my son would though. But all in all a great hotel and if it wasn’t for that one thing it would have been a 5 star trip

“Has potential but having an identity crisis.”

We have mixed feelings about this hotel. It has the potential to be quite good but seems to have an identity crisis. It’s advertised as a spa hotel and it does have some lovely facilities but it’s ALL open to children all day. I’ve never known a spa to be run this way. At the very least it should be an aged 14 plus hotel so the serenity isn’t disturbed by crying babies or shrieking children especially as more and more were bringing in small inflatables into the pools that aren’t actually that big, despite there being a sign that they aren’t allowed. At times it’s a lovely peaceful area until the aerobics disturbed the peace with thumping music at 11 everyday and the pool bar also occasionally has loud music depending on who was working. Again not expected in a spa. The gardens are immaculate, and there are plenty of sunloungers that thankfully aren’t reserved early on in the morning! Although they are placed in close rows so doesn’t feel too spread out in some places. It also got busy fri/sat/sun when it looked like day guests were using facilities so it became too busy then. The bedrooms are nice and the daily clean was very good. Although disappointing that basics such as water are charged at 3.50 per small bottle. I would expect a couple of large bottles included each day within the price of the stay. Also tea and coffee wasn’t ever replenished. Sadly what really lets this place down is the food. It’s very poor. Bland and tasteless so we decided to eat out most evenings despite being half board. So would definitely opt for bed and breakfast given the choice. Staff seemed friendly but service wasn’t great, no drinks offered throughout the meal or cutlery replaced at breakfast for example. We always seemed to be taking clean cutlery off of other made up tables or trying to catch someone’s attention to order drinks. The vegetarian options were so limited. Usually only one option at dinner and it was never nice sadly. The cooked breakfast was quite limited too. Bacon ran out one day completely. Pancakes were also always running out so we couldn’t have them for at least half of our stay. Just all seemed a bit disorganised. So the hotel does have potential and is in a good location just a short walk from the town but we aren’t sure if it’s enough to entice us back although we will definitely be returning to lake Garda as it’s beautiful.

Firstly I booked this hotel through a travel agent as it was my partners 60th birthday .and his request was to visit Lake Garda . The travel agent requested high floor due to this special occasion. I understand not always possible but if hotel is not full they would accommodate. Allocated a room on the first floor overlooking the car park when we asked if this could be changed they stated a further charge of 200euros would be required as we felt this hotel was expensive to begin with we declined. Booking.com advertise hotel rooms as city view or pool view does not mention car park view. The room did not have even a small bottle of water for arrival which once again would usually be complimentary. There was not even drinking glasses in room. We have stayed in Boutique hotels in other parts of Italy which we thought were better. Having stayed in hotels all round the world and if its birthday or anniversary the hotel would usually leave a cake/wine or fruit in room just as a little gift. First time also have ever been charged for ice for room 5euros for small bucket of ice at bar. Did not find staff overly friendly especially restaurant manager and receptionists. After 3 days bed linen not changed when I asked receptionist how often they change beds she stated every other day but said there would be a charge when I explained beds not changed this was sorted. You really should not have to ask hotels usually have a card you place on bed. It seems to be all about the money at this hotel. Furniture in hotel scratched and dusty. Never feel the need to write a negative review but was so disappointed. The only positive is the location and the pools.
