This hotel is about 4 km from Autostrada A1 and ideal for us who pick up hire car in Rome to drive down south to visit relatives but want to spend some time in Rome first. Trains depart from local station of Valmontone for Rome- journey of 40 minutes costs 3 euros single. There is large car park at station which can get full with local commuters. We were made very welcome at this hotel again by the receptionists who remembered us from our previous stay. They were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They suggested that we could be taken to the local station in hotel's minibus to get the direct train to Rome to leave the hire car safely parked at the hotel. They took us when we requested and collected us on our return and did not charge for this service. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious & clean with a well equipped bathroom and plenty of hot water. Mattresses were firm but we prefer these. Plenty of free car parking at this hotel. Hotel has a new restaurant serving plentiful buffet breakfast. Dinner was served from 19.30h and there was a set menu for 18 euros each as well as an "A La Carte" menu. We ate from the 18 euro menu both evenings of our stay. There was a choice of 3 first courses (pasta dishes), then 3 main courses (meat/fish) and 3 vegetable dishes. All food was freshly cooked, good and plentiful and served with bread, a 2 litre bottle of water a large glass of wine each, and folllowed by coffee. Ideal after a day's sightseeing and no need to go out to find a restaurant any longer. We will definitely return to this hotel which we think is very good value for money.

“Good spot.”

This hotel is comfortable and well located if you are going to Avio S.p.A. Personnel is nice and available and the restaurant is very good. Room service is a plus. Parking available onsite for free. I enjoyed my stay.

“A pleasant base to explore- but off the beaten track”

We had two double rooms here - one for ourselves & the other for my sister who was travelling with us. The rooms were spacious & clean, plenty of cupboard space, a well equipped bathroom. We had two double rooms here - one for ourselves & the other for my sister who was travelling with us. The rooms were spacious & clean, plenty of cupboard space, a well equipped bathroom. The staff - especially Allesandro, were fantastic & very helpful.The staff made our stay very pleasant! There is a basic restaurant on site - we only had breakfast here, which was pleasant. The down side is the distance - there is a taxi ride to the nearest train station to get to Rome. The hotel is based on a busy road which can be noisy, but with the doors closed was not a drama. Would have loved to done the trip up the Athena town site, but didn't get that far.
