“Long stay… couple ….Aust”
When the room A/C became faulty during the extreme heat, humidity, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful in changing us to another room….nothing was too much trouble, very kind, caring and understanding to me as I wasn’t feeling well after long flight and chronic cardiac problems… All the staf… more

“On the beach but at what cost”
Staff is great However. You need to pay to have a towel at the pool. You need to pay to have a towel on the beach. And when you are told that the hotel owns the beach what they dont tell you is that they don’t own the beach chairs or the umbrellas. They cost too. So by they time you have to pay… more
