“5 Star treatment”
We had Christmas Day Lunch, it was superb, the food and service were excellent. I thought great value for the price we paid. We could not find any faults at all for the whole experience. The menu was translated into English which was a superb touch.

“The best of Genoa”
I sued to stay at another hotel when I visit Genoa. I tried Bristol Palace this time. It was great, location was excellent, and the service was superb. “Charming Hotel Offers Comfort and Friendly Service with Minor Room for Improvement”
The hotel has been renovated and the rooms are very nice. Unfortunately we had to wait for a table for breakfast and by our second breakfast the salmon was ready. We asked for extra cotton pads and a sewing kit but were not given sewing kit. The staff are friendly and helpful.
