We stayed in a triple room that was large, very clean, and had comfortable beds. The front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient. We stayed in a triple room that was large, very clean, and had comfortable beds. The front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient. Follow the signs for the hotel when you enter Frascati. It was a bit confusing in the dark, but it helped that we had looked it up on Google Maps first and knew the general area we are trying to reach. If you want delicious pizza, head to Pizzeria Setaccio, one minute away. We will definitely return to Hotel Colonna!

“A pleasant hotel in a central location”

The Hotel Colonna is family run and in a central location in this beautiful town. Our room looked out to a square with people and activity but it was never noisy due to double glazing. The Hotel Colonna is family run and in a central location in this beautiful town. Our room looked out to a square with people and activity but it was never noisy due to double glazing. The room was spotlessly clean and was promptly serviced daily without request. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was average for this class of hotel. The only issue was the hot water in the shower which was sometimes tepid, at best. The train station is close, but with luggage, the steep stairs could be a difficulty.

We stayed here for one night on our way to catch our return flight the next day. Located in the center of the historic center of Frascati, it has relatively large rooms, well decorated and with normal amenities. The bed was comfortable. The staff was attentive, parked our cars, and responded well to our information requests. The breakfast which was included was good.

“Tiny room & shower”

Can only give this place 3/5 due to the small size of room & the absolutely tiny shower. Shame as it is a nice hotel. Great: Parked outside on a disabled bay for 2 nights Nice welcome from owner Location is superb Size of bed Air conditioning power Standard of decor & Cleanliness Lovely friendly staff Not so great: Size of room 212 - (we booked a superior so I’d hate to see the size of a comfort room!!) Tiny shower cubicle - never used anything so small before Breakfast was very limited. First day we had 3 small pastries between us as that was all that was left. Saying that, Frascati is a lovey town to stay in. Just make sure your room is big enough.
