Villa Il Mosaico is a great place to stay, specially if you are going for several days to Florence. It is not located in the city center, but you can be there in less than 10 minutes using the city tram. It does not have concierge services, but you don't need it. I enjoyed this stay for many reasons including the location (10 min tram from centre), room being clean and had lots of character.
