“Great stay”
We only stayed one night at the apartments but we had an excellent experience. This was day four of our 14 day holiday in Europe and by far the best. Studio was very very clean, had a lot of character, decorated beautifully.It really added to the experience of visiting Florence. We had a great night's sleep, we had everything we needed would definitely recommend and come again.

Had a great stay at Villa Il Mosaico. The hosts were accommodating and friendly, helped us book our return cab to the train station and emailed all the details regarding the accommodation before arriving. The apartment was very spacious and clean and the bed extremely comfortable. It was a 30 minute walk into the city of Florence but in my opinion there's no better way to get a feel for a new city. Would thoroughly recommend Villa Il Mosaico (and Florence) to all.

Villa Il Mosaico is a great place to stay, specially if you are going for several days to Florence. It is not located in the city center, but you can be there in less than 10 minutes using the city tram. It does not have concierge services, but you don't need it. All important information about how to access and use your room is sent to you the days prior to your arrival. We've stayed in the studio, which was very spacious and comfortable. It had a well equipped kitchen, so we save tons by buying stuff from a nearby grocery store and preparing fresh quick meals. We splurged at dinner time! It was clean and had extra pillows, blankets and bathroom supplies. And I guess the owners took notice from previous reviews, since we found stuff for cleaning the dishes, even an espresso maker! After travelling in different European cities, we found that this place was a good value for our money.

I enjoyed this stay for many reasons including the location (10 min tram from centre), room being clean and had lots of character. However, it was slightly let down by the low beams in the ceiling which made it difficult to access, no tea towel or washing up liquid, no soap, air con appeared to be… more
I enjoyed this stay for many reasons including the location (10 min tram from centre), room being clean and had lots of character. However, it was slightly let down by the low beams in the ceiling which made it difficult to access, no tea towel or washing up liquid, no soap, air con appeared to be limited, safe had low batteries and coffee machine was broken. The owners didn't appear to be nearly as hospitalable as other places we had been. However the location was fab and for a weekend it was enjoyable and easy to just go and spent 3 euro and pick up the missing stuff from a supermarket (located 5 seconds round the corner)
