“Central Greatness”
I loved the hotel’s location! It was central to everything! A block and a half away from the Academia and the Duomo. I had two lovely nights at this fabulous hotel. The location is fantastic: very central but away from the mayhem. You can walk everywhere. Staff are brilliant: friendly, welcoming, professional and very helpful. The decor is fun and classy. My room was compact but cosy and comfortable and very clean. Shower was hot and powerful, bed and pillows very nice. I appreciated the welcome sweets and water. Breakfast was great, a good range of items, all delicious. All in all I loved it and would stay again without hesitation. Grazie!

Had an amazing stay in Florence, and this hotel was just perfect. We had a pretty quiet room, with a partial view of the Duomo in the distance, which was some 10 minutes walking. The hotel is central but not in the super busy areas. Room was large and beautiful, at the right temperature. The team was the nicest, and they welcomed us with a smile and all the information we needed. Every member of staff we met was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Adriana and Alexandra who were just the best! Would definitely stay here again!

One of the best hotels I've stayed in Europe. I you have been to Europe you know the rooms are usually small, well not these! Great space, the bed is super comfy and the bathroom is amazing as well. By the way, SPOTLESS! The staff is super friendly, they helped me a lot (especially Alexandra and the lady at the restaurant). The breakfast is very tasty and has several options for a European hotel buffet. Location-wise, there's a bus stop right outside, a laundry mat next door and several restaurants. You can easily get to the Duomo walking (10-12 minutes) and pretty much any place at the Centro Storico. The train station is about 15 minutes away (walking).

We stayed at this lovely hotel for a week and could not think of a fault to mention. We were greeted by Agosto who took a lot of time to give tips on where to go. Amam Jesus and the team at breakfast were brilliant. I couldn’t believe how quickly they moved to clear up, answer questions or top up the wide variety of food. The sweet tart was different each day and there was a huge choice. All the staff were smiley and friendly and the whole place was spotless. We will absolutely recommend to others and hopefully, be back one day!
