“Great Room, Great Price”
We spent two nights in a very spacious room, with very nice bath. The room had a large outside patio, which made for great sunset viewing!! “Little Gem off the beaten path”
This charming B&B is small, intimate and has an amazing view. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean and had a balcony. The location, past the train station but near stunning Piazza Santa Maria Novella, gets you away from the crowds. Highly recommend.

“2 nights stay in Florence”
nice family type B&B in a residential building. the host was welcoming and the room is clean and spacious. great breakfast with many choices. the location is a bit of walk from the train station or the main tourist attractions, about 10-15 min walk at least.

“Lovely place to stay”
Recommend has everything you could want, close to train station, shops, restaurants, laundromat, very helpful reception (Francesco) gave us a run down of the area and answered all our questions. Definitely recommend.

“Okay Stay”
Our stay was ok for two nights. Easy to get to from the train station and only a 25 minute walk to the city centre. David greeted us and showed us the room. Balcony had a fantastic view. Our stay was ok for two nights. Easy to get to from the train station and only a 25 minute walk to the city centre. David greeted us and showed us the room. Balcony had a fantastic view. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was adequate. We had gone out for dinner on our first night and started to both get sick. When we came back at 9pm we searched the room for a control to the fan or even the air con. After 30 minutes we called David to ask how we could turn the fan on. Even though our booking confirmation said all this was included, David did not keep the controls in the room. Was this to save power? Regardless do not say a room has something and then not provide it. David explained it was April and these amenities were not required. Our room did face the road side so keeping the door open all night was not an option for air flow. David was upset we contacted him after-hours as he did not understand why the room needed circulation. He also made a point that reception closes at 8pm and you need to tell him these things before hand. Miscommunication on both parts some might say but his attitude towards his guests did not go unnoticed. If we come back to Florence we would stay closer to the city centre and ensure everything in the booking confirmation was in the room before accepting it.
