This hotel is a hidden gem! I travel a ton and was pleasantly surprised with everything during my stay. Hotel Raffaello exceeded all expectations! The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making every moment of my stay seamless (even with luggage storage). The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, loved the pillows- best sleep ever. Special thanks to Marco, the manager, whose professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction is unmatched. If you're looking for exceptional service, spotless accommodations, and a warm, inviting environment, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return in 2025!

“Nice hotel outside of Florence”
We stayed at this hotel as part of a group tour. The hotel was a little farther out from Florence, but the trip back and forth was not too bad and there was bus and rail service close by. We stayed at this hotel as part of a group tour. The hotel was a little farther out from Florence, but the trip back and forth was not too bad and there was bus and rail service close by. Our room was nice and clean and after leaving our hotel in Rome with non-working air conditioning, this hotel was a welcome relief as the a/c worked very well. The breakfast in the hotel was similar to the other hotels we stayed in and was good with pastries, coffee, fruit juices, and yogurt. There were not many bars and restaurants close by so more reason to stay in Florence. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This hotel was a game of two halves, we were put here in Sptember for a night as our plane was grounded by storms The airline supplied the room and food. The room was clean and lovely and the reception staff couldn't do enough. The restaurant staff were very rude and the food the worst I have ever had in Italy, it was clear that they just make a batch load for the cheap package clients as the other restaurant food looked and smelt nice, the waiters appeared almost irritated my friend had dietary requirements and walked away when I asked to change my order, the food was inedible. If you are staying don't toych the restaurant but if you are sleeping enjoy!
