I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just outside the ZTL, making it easy to explore Florence without any hassle. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with a lovely touch of complimentary coffee and tea refills. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. On top of that, I had a facial treatment during my stay, and it was absolutely amazing—so relaxing and professionally done! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence. Would definitely stay here again!

“Beautiful Hotel, Good Location”
Absolutely beautiful hotel, really clean with lovely touches, close enough to walk everywhere. They kindly upgraded us, free of charge which really made our stay memorable! We stayed for a long weekend, Fri-Mon. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. Thoroughly recommend!

The breakfast is excellent, with great coffee, overseen by Katerina, who not only provides wonderful hospitality but also possesses extensive knowledge about the Tuscany region. Katerina is always happy to recommend and guide guests on what Florence and Tuscany have to offer, including hidden gems of nature and culinary delights that are less well-known. Her impressive knowledge and enthusiasm for sharing it make a real difference. The spa is pleasant and clean, and the rooms are spotless and comfortable.

Nice, modern, and bright hotel by the river. Even though we had an interior room, it did not feel dark. The bed was comfortable, and the staff friendly. The WiFi, however, was spotty. Nice, modern, and bright hotel by the river. Even though we had an interior room, it did not feel dark. The bed was comfortable, and the staff friendly. The WiFi, however, was spotty. It is a 15-minute walk from the "center" (Duomo), which we didn't mind as the walk was easy and our immediate area was nice and peaceful, and you can find nice restaurants nearby that are less touristy. We did, however, have to take a taxi when we arrived at the train station: it was a bit far to walk with luggage (30+ minutes).
