“Really nice villa !!!”
The room was as expected . Decent Wi-fi. Liked the old vibe of the whole villa , takes you back in time a bit,really nice feeling. 🔝👌👍 Excelent bathroom facilities. Great location ,30 minutes walking distance from city center. Would definetely recommend staying here if you intend to visit the beaut… more

“Cozy and quiet old villa”
Nice location not far from the heart of Florence and great hiking routes and views. Good breakfasts and very kind personnel (thanks Moreno). Some rooms are very small, you’d better check it up in advance.

“Rustic charm”
The hotel grounds are very nice and room itself had a rustic charm. The aircon had some issues, however, helpful staff provided a fan for the night. Easy to get to the city center by bus with a bus stop within a short distance from the hotel. Ther breakfast food selection was quite basic.

“Lovely hotel - bad air conditioning ”
So the reasoning for 3 stars to start with.. location isn’t bad at all but it’s about 20-30 minutes walk to the main area of Florence (I knew this before so it’s not really affected the stars). My biggest issue was the air conditioning which looked as old as the building.. and it didn’t really work… more
